  • Total hours: 120/3yr rolling
  • Reporting cycle: 3 years (triennial, rolling)
  • Annual minimum: 20
  • Ethics: 2 hrs VBOA-approved Virginia-specific ethics each year (state-specific)
  • Renewal timing: Renews annually; rolling 3-yr calendar
  • Other key rules: Attest/compilation 8 hrs/yr related CPE; keep records 4 yrs.
