How do I access my courses after I buy?
Go to My Courses and click a course. You’ll be signed in to the classroom automatically.
How do I earn a certificate?
Read the participant guide, then pass the final exam with a score of 70% or higher. Your certificate is available right away and also appears in your compliance dashboard.
Can I retake an exam?
Yes. You can retake the final exam as many times as you need; your highest score counts.
Does Unlimited satisfy my state’s requirement?
Unlimited includes every published course, so it covers most CPAs’ total hours. Many states also require a specific ethics course or hours in particular subjects, and some accept credit only from certain sponsors. Check your board’s rules for your reporting period and add your license to the compliance dashboard to see what’s left.
What is the difference between Unlimited and a package?
Unlimited gives one year of access to every published course. A package gives one year of access to a focused set of courses, such as Federal Tax or Accounting & Auditing, at a lower price.
How long do I have access?
Single courses, packages, and Unlimited include one year of access from the purchase date.
Can I use courses on my phone?
Yes. Courses work on phones, tablets, and computers.
