Purchase refunds. Full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded a completion certificate for any course in that order.
After a certificate is issued. Because a completion certificate has standing value for your records, the purchase is non-refundable once any certificate has been issued.
How to request. Email support@cpeoptions.com with your account email and reason. (Note: purchases are one-time — there are no auto-renewing subscriptions to cancel.)
