Refund and Cancellation Policy

Single courses and packages

Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not started the final exam for the course (or for any course in the package). Once an exam has been started or a certificate issued, the purchase is not refundable.

Unlimited Access

Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no certificates have been issued. After 30 days, Unlimited is non-refundable, but you keep access for the full year.

Firm seats

Firm purchases follow the firm agreement or invoice terms.

Course cancellations

If we retire a course you have purchased before you complete it, we will give you a comparable course or refund that course.

How to request a refund

Email support@cpeoptions.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
