What we collect. Account info you provide (name, email, optional license type/number, password); course activity (courses accessed, assessment results, certificates); payment info processed by our payment provider Square (we do not store full card numbers); and technical/usage data via cookies and analytics.
How we use it. To provide courses and certificates, maintain your completion records (boards generally expect ~6 years of records), process payments, support your account, improve the platform, and send service messages.
Sharing. We share data with service providers (hosting, payment, analytics, email) under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices. Access, correct, or delete account data by contacting support@cpeoptions.com. Residents of certain states have additional rights — in states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia — to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information and to appeal our response; contact support@cpeoptions.com to exercise them.
Security & retention. We use reasonable safeguards and retain records as needed to provide the service and meet recordkeeping expectations. Children. The service is for licensed professionals and not directed to children. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date.
