Common questions
Can I use one package across different courses? Yes. Credits aren’t tied to a course — redeem them on any courses in the catalog until the balance is used up.
How many credits does a course cost? One credit per CPE hour — a 2-hour course spends 2 credits, an 8-hour course spends 8.
Do I earn the CPE automatically? No — buying credits gives you access. You earn CPE by completing the course and passing its exam, the way boards expect. Your certificate is stored in your account.
Prefer unlimited? If you need a lot of hours, an Unlimited membership may cost less than a package.
Credits provide course access; they are not board-awarded CPE until you complete a course and pass its exam. Per-state eligibility and pre-approval still govern board acceptance — always confirm with your board.
