SMS / Text Messaging Terms
CPE Options, LLC (cpeoptions.com) sends transactional text messages only: one-time account-verification codes, account and renewal notifications, and replies to customer-support questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this number.
How you opt in
- Website (Web Form): During account registration at cpeoptions.com/my-account, you enter your own mobile number and tap “Send code” to request a verification code. Doing so is your consent to receive account-verification and customer-service texts from CPE Options, LLC at that number.
- By text (Via Text): You may start a support conversation by texting our customer-care number listed at cpeoptions.com/contact. Texting us first is your consent to a two-way support exchange.
Every recipient provides their own mobile number and initiates contact. We never purchase, rent, or upload phone numbers, and consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Frequency, rates, opt-out
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe (you will receive one confirmation, then no further messages). Reply HELP for help, or contact support@cpeoptions.com.
