Our courses are written to the same authoritative standards (AICPA, NASBA, IRS and FASB guidance) that boards expect. In the rare event a state Board of Accountancy does not accept credit for one of our courses, we will refund your purchase for that course.

How to make a claim

Just contact us with your order details and, for a board-acceptance claim, a copy of the board’s determination. We respond within one business day.

This guarantee covers the purchase price of the affected course. It does not cover late fees, penalties, or third-party costs, and requires that you completed the course and submitted accurate information. Always confirm your state’s current rules before purchasing.
